                                                                                How to Flag the Items You Are Not Ordering

                                                                                Sometimes there will be items that you will not need to order for one reason or another. To flag those items that will not be ordered, click on the Do No Order switch on the Item Detail View. 

                                                                                You can see which items have been flagged not to order on the Item List View because they will have an X in the PO column.

                                                                                Funded But Not Ordered 

                                                                                If you are tracking projects on the Active Project Status View (aka the Project Dashboard), the icon in the Funded But Not Ordered column will ignore all items that have been flagged not to be ordered.
