Invoice Options in DesignSmart
DesignSmart provides flexibility when it comes to creating invoices. Below are the two primary options for processing and creating invoices.
Option 1 - Flagging Items To Invoice
Designers “flag” items when they are ready to be invoiced. For some firms, that is when items are shipped, or when all items are in the warehouse and they are ready to install; for others, it may be after the items have been installed.
Regardless of when you invoice, when designers flag items to invoice, the bookkeeping staff knows exactly what items should be invoiced.
Option 2 - Creating Invoices
Whether it is the designer or the bookkeeper who creates invoices, the process is straightforward in DesignSmart.
