Damaged Goods
Oh No!
Unfortunately, items are sometimes damaged in transit and it is necessary to document the damage so you can return them to the manufacturer or vendor.
With DesignSmart's Damaged Goods module you can:
- Log photos of received items and makes notes about them
- Log photos of damaged items and make notes about them
- Create a Damaged Goods Report to send to the vendor. This vendor includes a photo of the damaged item along with all pertinent information.
By default this module is not turned on in DesignSmart. If you wish to have it turned on, please have your System Administrator send an email to Support to request this.
