Approvals Report
It can be challenging to keep up with all approval submissions for a project. These two Approvals Reports will help you stay on top of what has been approved and what is outstanding.
Characteristics and Options
- There are two parts to the Approval Report.
- The first report that appears is the Approvals Reports, it shows outstanding approvals. In other words, items whose Approval requirements have not been satisfied.
- On the panel to the left of the report preview you can click on the History button option. That will show the Approvals History report below.
How to Run the Report
Step 1:
Select Items from the menu bar to enter the Item List View.
Step 2:
Select Approvals Report from the Reports drop-down.
Step 3:
From the Report Viewer, you can continue to run the report as is or select Approvals History from the left panel.
Be sure to select Update Report if you select Approvals History.
