Rejecting A Proposal
Your clients will need to click on the Proposal button on the Dashboard. If there is more than one proposal for the project, then they will need to click on the appropriate Review/Approve button.

Your clients will then see a screen similar to the one below. They will only have the options to approve the entire proposal or not approve the entire proposal. If they do not approve it, they will click on the the Not Approved button.

Explaining Why They Do Not Approve the Proposal
When clients do not approve a proposal, they are prompted to explain why they are doing so. The idea is that the designer can use the feedback, make the necessary adjustments, and then resubmit a new proposal.

Design Firm Notification
When a client does not approve a proposal, it will be marked as not approved and the design firm will be sent an email explaining why the client did not approve it.
