                                                                                Tracking Item Budget Amounts

                                                                                Tracking budgets is done from the Item Detail View. 

                                                                                In the red box below, you will see how this particular item compares to the budget amount. 

                                                                                What happens when you add components?

                                                                                The Proposal Price above will automatically include the cost of all components. This will make it possible for you to compare the budget amount to the proposed price. 

                                                                                 

                                                                                Tracking Overall Budget Amounts

                                                                                Click the “i” to see the tracking window.

                                                                                Note that all of the amounts below are for materials only and are exclusive of sales tax and subcharges.

                                                                                Tracking Subhcarge Budget Amounts

                                                                                Click on the SUBCHARGES tab to see how the budgeted subcharges compare to both the proposed and invoiced amounts.
