                                                                                Item Statuses And Colors

                                                                                Item Statuses can be defined by the firm. Each firm will usually have its own item statuses they can easily add here.

                                                                                Status colors, on the other hand, will give you a better way to visualize your items in a project. 

                                                                                When you change the Item List View to Status View it will show your list of items and their color-coded statuses.
