Company Tab
Click on the Company tab to enter the information about the contact's company.
Company Address
When you add a new contact and their firm is not in DesignSmart, you will be taken to the screen below to enter the company information.
In this section you can even store the company's website login information.
Employees
The employees for this firm will be listed in the section below. To jump to the contact page for a specific employee, click on the arrow to the left of their name.
Sales Reps
To link a vendor to one, or more, sales reps click the Add Sales Rep button and select, or add, the appropriate sales rep. In the screenshot below, there are two sales reps: Benny Perkins and Henry Melhorn.
Alternatively, you can go the the detail page for the sales rep and add the appropriate vendor(s).
When you source an item, you will have the opportunity to select the appropriate sales rep for that item. Below is an example of how it will appear on the Items List View.
