                                                                        Phase Tracking

                                                                        If your firm tracks their design time the Phase Tracking module might be a great addition to your DesignSmart system. 

                                                                        The Phase Tracking module allows users to establish a default set of Phases and Tasks that they can use to estimate and track how much billable time is spent on a project. 

                                                                        Users can assign Billing Levels to their staff. As designers enter timesheets the Billing Levels will track the actual staff expenses for each project.
