The first step in implementing the DesignSmart project management system is to schedule the Onboarding Conference Call.

What is Covered During the Call?
During this call you will be introduced to your project manager and we'll cover the entire onboarding process.
We will also cover a series of questions that you won't have to answer during the call, but by covering them you'll know the kind of information we'll need at some point during the onboarding process.
The call normally lasts about 1 hour.
Who Should Participate in the Call?
All staff are welcome to participate in the call or you may want to limit it to just those staff persons who will be responsible for getting the system online.
