                                                                                Locking Approved Proposal Amounts When A Proposal is Approved

                                                                                You can now have DesignSmart automatically lock the Proposal Pricing whenever a proposal is approved. 

                                                                                To turn on this feature, the System Administrator will need to go to System Settings > Defaults > Settings tab > turn on Lock Approved Proposal Pricing.

                                                                                When this switch is turned on, the Proposal Pricing column will be greyed out once the proposal that contains this item is approved. The greyed out column indicates that the pricing and quantities are locked and cannot be changed.
