                                                                              Proposal List View

                                                                              Understanding the Proposal List View

                                                                              To view more information about your Proposals, you can go to the Proposal List View. 

                                                                              You can access this layout by going to Accounting and selecting Proposals

                                                                              Filtering Projects

                                                                              By default, DesignSmart will filter to your Active Project, but you can choose to show proposals for all your projects. 

                                                                              Click on the buttons below to see all proposals for the projects you selected or only approved proposals for the projects you selected.

                                                                              Filtering by Date range

                                                                              You can filter down by using the date the proposal was created. Click on the + sign found at the top of the Date column. Enter the date range you would like to filter, check your start date and end date, then click Filter.

                                                                              Printing the Proposal List View

                                                                              You can print the list of displayed proposals by clicking on the Report button.
