                                                                                How to Run the Report

                                                                                Step 1: 

                                                                                Select Schedule from the Reports drop-down in the Item List View 

                                                                                This report can also be appended to the specification when it is generated.

                                                                                 

                                                                                Viewing the Report

                                                                                When creating the Schedule you have a few options for how to sort the report. 

                                                                                Sort by Area


                                                                                Sort by Category


                                                                                Sort by Item Number


                                                                                Report with Images

                                                                                There is also a toggle that will allow you to include the primary image on the Schedule. 


                                                                                What Status to Show? 

                                                                                When creating the report you have the option to show either the Issue Status or Item Status.

                                                                                The Issue Status will show information pertaining to the specification for the item. 

                                                                                The Item Status will show the status of the item that you have set in the system.

                                                                                If there is no Issue Status, when selecting Show Issue Status, the Item Status will appear on the report.
