Manual Adjustment Categories
You will use Manual Adjustment Categories when you need to make adjustments to your inventory. For example, if you purchase items and a trade show and want to add them to your inventory, you might use a "Trade Show" category for that.
Categories can be used to increase or decrease inventory by adding or removing items from their bins.
Default Categories
Below is a list of the categories that come with DIS. You can modify them as you need.
Damaged
Fire
Trade Show
Return
Theft
How to Set Up Manual Adjustment Categories
Manuel Adjustments Categories - These categories will be used when making manual adjustments to your On Hand, Allocated, On Order amongst others.
You can edit your category names by going to System Settings>Inventory>Settings. Here you can edit your list of categories in your system.
