What Qualifies as Urgent
What is Urgent?
In order to provide all clients with the best level of support possible, we request that clients refrain from calling support unless the issue they are facing is urgent and requires immediate assistance. Below are some situations that would be considered urgent and appropriate for calling support:
- A user is unable to log in to DesignSmart. When this happens please call support at 800-604-2504 Ext 2 immediately.
- If your firm is issuing specs the same day and is having problems generating the specification document.
- If you absolutely need to send out a proposal, invoice or purchase order today and it cannot wait till tomorrow.
