Timesheets List View
Accessing Timesheets
To access your timesheets, click the Timesheets button at the top menu bar.
If the active project has any timesheet entries for the week, they will appear as shown below.
DesignSmart will automatically filter to the users Timesheets for the week upon entry.
Filtering Timesheets
When you click on the Timesheets button on the menu bar, DesignSmart will set the active project name in the filter bar as shown below. This will restrict the timesheets to just those for the active project.
To filter for all projects, you will need to remove the project name from the filter bar.
You can also filter by staff, date range and other filter criteria as shown in the filter bar.
Sorting Timesheets
It can be helpful to sort timesheets in different ways depending on what data you need.

In the screenshot above, the list is sorted by Staff, Work Date.
In the screenshot below, the list is sorted by Staff, Project.

Selecting Timesheets
The reason for selecting timesheets is to indicate those that you want to appear on the Timesheet Report or an invoice.

There are three ways to select timesheets:
Option 1: Select button
See 1 below. This will select one timesheet.
Option 2: Select All Below button
Option 3: Select All To Be Invoiced
See 3 below. This will select all of the timesheets in that section that have not already been invoiced.
Timesheet Report
Once you have filtered or selected the timesheets you wish to appear in the Timesheet Report click the Report button.
