Weekly Time Entry

Add Weekly Timesheet

You can enter multiple timesheets at one time by using Weekly Time Entry.

Select the project you want to enter timesheets for and click on Timesheets in the menu bar.

Click on Week Entry.

The Weekly Time Entry window will appear.

As shown in the window, select the staff person and the week the work was done.

You must select a Service Item but Payroll Item is optional.

Fill in the remaining columns as needed.

When finished, select Save and Close.

You cannot change the billing rate or mark work as Gratis on this layout.
