                                                                    Not Ack on Status View

                                                                    A second way to track Unacknowledged POs is to view the Active Project Status View. This allows you to focus on your more pressing projects first.

                                                                    Step 1: 

                                                                    Click Projects on the Main Menu Bar, then on the View drop-down select Active Project Statuses.

                                                                    Step 2:

                                                                    Click on clipboards in the Not Unacknowledged column.

                                                                    This will take you to the PO List View where you will see all of the POs that have not been acknowledged.

                                                                    Contact the vendors to confirm if they have received your purchase order.
