                                                                                    Entering the Quantity

                                                                                    You can enter a quantity for the item in the Quantity field, but it is not required.

                                                                                    If you enter a quantity here for component, you must enter the quantity per component. 
                                                                                    For example, if the primary has a quantity of 5 and you enter in the Companion a quantity of 3 for the component, then the total quantity for the component will be 15 (5 x 3).

                                                                                    Entering the Area

                                                                                    When you indicate the project name, then the rooms/areas for that project will be shown in a pop-menu in the Area field. You can select the area, but it is not required.
