Documents
Using the documents feature in the Client Portal is an easy and efficient way to communicate with your clients.
Adding Documents to a Project
To add documents to your client's portal, go to Project details View>Attachments.
After adding the attachment, be sure to click on the Show on Client Portal switch.


Unlimited Documents
There is no limit to the number of documents you make available on the portal.
How Clients Will Access Documents
Clients will click the on the Documents button on the left side bar to view documents.

Documents versus Contractual Documents
Documents can consist of floor plans, mood boards, shipping schedules and much more. Contractual documents are things like a Scope of Work or a contract.
While you can have unlimited documents linked to a project, if your firm is using the contractual documents feature, you can only have up to 2 contractual documents. When there are unsigned contractual documents, a number 1 or 2, will appear in the Pending Documents column.
No numbers will appear in the Pending Documents column for documents.
