Inviting Others Overview
The portal allows your clients to invite other people to access the portal and see your design concepts. The button on the portal dasboard that shows this option can be worded as “Invite Others”, "Invite Friends and Family”, “Invite Co-workers”, or “Invite Colleagues.” Regardless of the term that works best for your firm, here is what control your clients will have when setting up “Invite Others.”
Setting Up Others
When your client invites another person to view their project, they will have the option to make two decisions:
Decision #1 - Show Pricing or Not?
When your client adds someone to the portal, they must indicate whether this friend can view pricing.
Decision #2 - Restrict to Certain Projects
If your client has more than two projects with your firm, then they can choose whether the invitee can see all of their projects or just a limited number of projects.

What can “Others” do on the portal?
If they are set up so that they can view pricing then:

Who invites Others to the portal?
Only your clients can invite other people. You will be able to view them in the address book on the Portal tab.
What happens if one of their invitees forgets their password?
They will need to call your client and your client will need to resend them an invite to the portal.
Can I turn the “Invite Others” feature off
Yes, you can do this is System Settings on the Portal tab.
Can my client's invitees send questions to the design firm or your client?
No, it is not possible for them to send questions at this time.
