Overview
The client portal allows your clients to invite their “Friends and Family” to access the portal and see your design concepts. However, you can change the term “Friends and Family” to “Co-workers” or “Colleagues.” Regardless of the term that works best for your firm, here is what control your clients will have when setting up “Friends and Family.”
Pricing or Not?
When your client adds a Friend to the portal, they must indicate whether this friend can view pricing.
Restrict to Certain Projects
When your client adds a Friend to the portal, they can choose whether the friend sees all of their projects or just a limited number of projects.

Who invites Friends and Family to the portal?
Only your clients can invite Friends and Family. You will be able to view them in the address book on the Portal tab.
What happens if a Friend forgets their password?
They will need to call your client and your client will need to resend them an invite to the portal.
Can I turn the “Friends and Family” feature off
Yes, you can do this is System Settings on the Portal tab.
Can Friends and Family send questions to the design firm or your client?
No, it is not possible for them to send questions at this time.
