Project name in portal - Enter the name for the project that you want the client to see. For example, inside your firm it might be named the “Harkey Remodel Q1 2025”, but you'll client will know is as the “Harkey Condo Project”.
Show room subtotals - Turn this switch on if you want the proposal to show the subtotals for each room.
Require clients to approve items on proposal - Turn this switch on if you want the client to click a check mark next to every item on the proposal. Some firms feel like this will help the client be more cognizant of what they are approving. If this is left off, then the client will only have to click on the Approve button.
Show attributes on the proposal list view - Turn this switch on if you want the first four attributes to appear in the list view. They will appear on the detail view.
Show proposal note on the proposal list view - Turn this switch on if you want the “proposal note” to appear on the list view. It will appear on the detail view. Note, the proposal note always appears on propsals. The “in-house” notes do not appear on proposals and they will not appear in the portal.
Portal Access
The portal access allows you to log into the portal as if you were the client or the client's F/F. It can be particularly helpful if they have questions about how to use the portal, or about something they are seeing on the portal. This access lets you see what they are seeing and can help you answer their questions.
