Project List View Additions
Three new columns have been added to the project list view to make it easier for designers to manage projects:
Proposals Approved - When the checkmark appears in this column, it indicates one or more proposals have been approved for that project. Click on the icon to view the approved proposals.
Note: the approved proposals will have the status “Client Approved”. You must change the status to “Approved” in order for the checkmark to disappear.
Questions Pending: Two different icons will appear in this column.
- The bubble icon indicates that there are new questions/comments from the client that need a response.
- The envelop icon indicates that responses have been entered, but the responses have not been sent back to the client. Click on this icon to send an email back to the client.
Awaiting Deposit : This appears when a proposal has been approved, but the client deposit has not been received. Click on this icon to see which proposals are awaiting funding.
Why aren't these icons on the Projects Dashboard?
The Projects Dashboard (also referred to as the Active Project Status View) has many columns with icons that function the same way as these three new columns. We added these columns to the Projects List View since most designers do not interact with the Dashboard, but they will want to be aware of these developments.
