Supporting Your Clients
While the portal has been designed to be as easy to use as possible, there will be times when you clients need a little hand holding and it will be your firm's responsibility to provide that. Fortunately, we've made it very easy to do this by allowing you to log into their portal and see what they are seeing. This will enable you to answer their questions and help them move the project forward!
