                                                                                How to Run the Report

                                                                                There are 2 ways to generate specifications by using the Actions and Reports drop-down. Both methods require that you start from the Item List View.

                                                                                Actions

                                                                                From the Item List View, select Generate Specs from the Actions drop-down.

                                                                                Reports

                                                                                From the Item List View, select Preview Spec from the Reports drop-down.

                                                                                 

                                                                                After you have selected these buttons you will have options for how you would like to format your specifications. Read here to learn more.
